hide the layer chooser on mobile - it's now handled by in-app code
...
the layer chooser object itself needs to remain though, as it's used to keep track of the layers available, and plugins would break without it there

update layer chooser styling on mobile
...
- remove size increase for layer chooser - it's large enough already (and matches the size of other android UI elements)
- remove extra padding between layer chooser lines. yes, it'll be harder to click the right line, but smaller screens have it pushed off the bottom sometimes without this)

upgrade leaflet to the master version - taken 2013-05-12 - 3d3e2cd

should fix issues with layer control on mobile, and other improvements
also - the convention for marker filenames has changed from ...@2x.png to ...-2x.png for the double sized ones - so changed our files to match (we had a mix of ...@2x.png and ..._2x.png)

Known issues:
- A touch is generating two clicks. Most noticeable with pan plugin.
- The pan plugin requires the +/- zoom buttons be enabled.

change mobile 'my location' to zoom level 15, rather than 13
...
ideally, the zoom level should be preserved when locating, perhaps with minimum and maximum zoom levels. this way it'd work well for both low portal density regions and the higher portal density in cities
(i.e. at least zoom level 13, no more than zoom level 17). leaflet doesn't allow for this as it stands, so tis is a quick-n-dirty improvement
