c5a51a3647 made the plugin prefs container static. finished plugin headers. this has multiple advantages: 
1) it is enough to parse the plugins only on first start of this
activity (not on every start of the preferences or this activity)
2) actionbar control (not possible with nested preferences)
3) it looks more fancy on tablets

61177c4cda remove (for now) the mobile app code that prevented loading the stock gen_dashboard.js 
due to recent changes (attempts to block IITC?) the IITC scripts now need to see the functions defined in the stock site

004a34bd29 fix errors in test build introduced by renaming the package in AndroidManifest.xml 
instead, we can customise the build task to add a manifestpackage parameter to aapt
this will ONLY rename the package according to android package uniqueness - not any other instances (such as the name of the R resource class, relative class names in the manifest file, etc)

(we still have a hacky mobile-test-setup/revert - but only to rename the title string now)

82ede78844 fix running IITC at startup on mobile. we don't have jquery, so $(document) isn't available. 
not sure if there's a native method to easily set the document.ready event, but a 1ms setTimeout will work just fine instead.
