99d52dad8a various cleanups to the portal detail display links 
- removed 'donate'
- made case consistant - upper case 1st letter
- shortened excessively long links (IAPS) - but added title text on links with more detailed descriptions
inspired by #135

5f4e0192a0 added MapQuest OSM tiles - these native tiles work much more smoothly than the Google tile layers, so are best for a default 2013-04-13 02:31:47 +01:00

c75caa91dd Fix flicker portal in portal render limit handler 
Change:
Extract portal handle process from "handleDataResponse" to "handlePortalData"
Add "action" property to object returned by $.ajax() to identity type of request
Delay low level portal render until no active request of map data.

107f4689e9 Replace gmaps-link by popup with qrcode and links 
If you want to use your smartphone for navigation, you can now just scan
the qr-code and (if your scanner-app supports it) directly input the
locations to your navigation-app.
Additionally a link to the location in gapps and OSM will be displayed.

d644ef64bd implement jqueryui dialog replacements. 
For now only alert windows are converted automatically. You can alert custom
HTML code like so: alert('<strong>herp a derp</strong>', true);

Main can use this feature immediately, all plugins that are advertized to be
stable may only use this once 0.7 is released.

2023e33567 more work for #179. 
Due to changed display of the portal image it now doesn’t flicker anymore,
which simplifies code a lot.

c34d7ee3a2 Resonator on map 
Change:
Add "RESONATOR_DISPLAY_ZOOM_LEVEL" to control minimum zoom level resonator will display
Add layerGroup "resonatorsLayers" to draw resonators on it.
Add "window.resonators" to store references to resonators on map

Resonator will have guid of portal with ".11" or ".12" replaced with ".r0"~".r7"
Add function "window.renderResontor" to draw resonators (use sorgo's code [sorgo](https://github.com/sorgo))
"window.renderPortal" will call "window.renderResontor" before add portal to portalsLayers
Change "window.removeByGuid" to handle resonators
Change "window.cleanUp" to handle resonators cleanup
