3a37667a7c chat - oldest/newest timestamp handling rewrite 
this fixes an issue that, in theory, could have occured with the public chat fetching and over 200 sequential skipped ([secure]) messages. the recent change to skip SYSTEM_NARROWCAST for faction chat was much more likely to trigger the same issue
also
- lighten the red colour used in public chat - was almost impossible to read before
- set the faction chat message count to 100 (it was 50, then bumpped to 200 briefly to work around chat issues)

e5e4a00589 faction chat data now includes messages about our own destroyed resonators, etc. these are filtered out for display 
therefore it makes sense to request more data in one go, as is done for the public chat

380bbfda32 more build tweaks 
- make update URLS https - required by firefox+greasemonkey
- add build name + date/time to description of all plugins, and moved to front for main IITC
- ensure all plugins have a A.B.C. version number format - required now they append the date+time digits
- no smooth upgrade path from current 'dist' folder - so changed to 'release'. users will have to manually update this time, but will be fine fron now onwards (in theory!)

4ce0da5056 large chunk of work towards a nicer build system 
- plugins are now parsed for @@..@@ replacements
- main script and plugins have separate .meta.js files created - less web server load for update checks
- build script has variables for resource URL, update URL, etc, substituted via @@..@@ into main script and all plugins

538b57c7f7 Due to ingress.com/intel now force-redirecting to the HTTPS version, 
loading dependencies just got a lot harder. External JS and CSS files
are now included directly in the file while building. This does not yet
work for plugins. I will make an emergency release soon, so at least
main works.

d644ef64bd implement jqueryui dialog replacements. 
For now only alert windows are converted automatically. You can alert custom
HTML code like so: alert('<strong>herp a derp</strong>', true);

Main can use this feature immediately, all plugins that are advertized to be
stable may only use this once 0.7 is released.
